Faculty:   Cambridge University, England—1993-1994 (inducted onto Cambridge University Faculty, Wolfson College, in 1994).

Award:   Best Law Review Article for the Year 1998, Texas Bar Foundation (“Offensive Collateral Estoppel and the Option Effect”).

Award:   Most Cited Law Review Article for 1991 (“Another Look at No Evidence and Insufficient Evidence”) with William Powers.
